We operate under a strict "No Activity Logs" policy. We do not track, store, or sell your browsing history.

A. Information You Provide

We do not require you to create an account with an email address, username, or password. You can use our service completely anonymously.

B. Automatically Collected Information (Service Necessity)

To provide the VPN service and manage your "Time Credit" system, we automatically collect minimal technical data:

Device ID: We use your device’s unique identifier to create an anonymous account for you in our system. This ensures you keep your earned time credits even if you close the app.
Data Usage & Time Credits: We track the total amount of data consumed (in Bytes) and the remaining time on your account to enforce the service limits and rewards.
Connection Status: We monitor whether your device is currently "Connected" or "Disconnected" to manage server load.

C. Information Collected by Third Parties (Ads)

Our service is free because it is supported by advertisements. We use Google AdMob to display ads. Google AdMob may collect certain information to serve personalized ads, including:

Advertising ID (AAID)
Device information (e.g., battery level, OS version)
General location data (based on IP)

2. Our "No Logs" Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.

WE DO NOT log your browsing history.
WE DO NOT log the websites you visit.
WE DO NOT log your DNS queries.
WE DO NOT log the content of any data transmitted through our VPN network.

We only store the minimal Connection Logs (Device ID and Total Data Used) required to technically operate the "Time Reward" system. This data is purely numerical and cannot be used to see what you did online.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information in various ways, including to:

Provide, operate, and maintain our App.
Authenticate your device without requiring a login/password.
Calculate your remaining VPN time based on ads watched.
Load balance our servers to ensure high speeds (e.g., routing you to the fastest available server).
Prevent fraud and abuse of the service.

4. Security

We use WireGuard®, a modern and high-performance VPN protocol, to encrypt your connection. This creates a secure tunnel between your device and the internet, protecting your data from hackers, ISPs, and surveillance on public Wi-Fi networks.

While we implement military-grade security measures, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app may contain links to other websites or services (via advertisements). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our app and to read the privacy statements of every website that collects personal information.

App Permissions:

Network/Internet: Required to establish the VPN connection.
Notifications: Used to alert you when your secure session is about to expire or when a reward is ready.
Usage Access: Used to accurately track data consumption for the "Clean Slate" protocol.

6. Children's Privacy

NoCostVPN does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our App, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
